The large covered porch is the ideal casual lounge space to relax with morning coffee or to kick off those flip flops after a long day of snorkeling. This area is also perfect for alfresco dining. The gentle ocean breezes are almost constant through the Eden valley and hillside, keeping the cottage naturally cool. However AC is available in the bedroom AND living room for maximum comfort should you need it. The cottage is the last house off the beaten path, yet only a 3 minute drive or short WALK to Skinny Legs, Rhumb Lines, and other restaurants and shops in Coral Bay ~ a rare find!
Reminiscent of Concordia's beloved Studios, but with upgrades. Jewel's View has one queen bedroom, one bathroom with open-air shower, full kitchen, and a sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, perfect for adding 1-2 children. The cottage was completed spring 2019, outfitted with new appliances and furniture, WIFI, TV, large outdoor deck and grill.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon.
