Beginning May 15 until June 30, 2025, Frenchman’s Cove will continue villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m so please anticipate construction noise during this time.
The Frenchman’s Cove public restrooms will undergo renovation work from June 1 through July 15, 2025. Work will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. One Family Restroom will remain available for owners and guests use.
Road paver emergency repairs are scheduled for April 1, 2025 to October 1, 2025.
