This beautiful property is high atop Bordeaux Mountain. Brand new hot springs hot tub 2020. All paved roads and easy entry into the driveway and property. The architecture is a blend of Caribbean and Mediterranean with New Orleans style courtyards. Tropical plants and inviting garden spaces encompass the property.
The house was completely renovated and finished in Feb.2019. The pool and hot tub have amazing views. The great room upstairs is a wonderful gather spot for and features a 70 inch smart TV. New kitchen 2019.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Summary: All I heard all week from family was “wow! This place is nice”. The views, the comforts, the amenities (pool, hot tub) were essentially all we needed. If the island wasn’t so beautiful we may have never left. The property managers were very helpful meeting us and leading us to the house. The location is fabulous for visiting all the beaches. And, Coral Bay is close for fresh seafood and basic groceries.
