Relax and unwind in this lovely Tudor home. Full of charm and character. The house needs a little TLC & modernisation, that said it’s clean, comfortable.
Distributed over 4 floors, the home exudes space and comfort. Summer brings its own life to the house and the area, but winter, especially Christmas with an amazing fireplace, is very special.
A lovely house - home away from home. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, 1 bedroom with two Twin sized beds (which can be combined into a Double if preferred), 1 bedroom with one Twin sized bed. Whilst the accommodation has beds for 7 guests, there are also 1 additional sofa beds in the lounge if needed, but I must warn it not very comfortable). Quirky art and wooden beams throughout the house, with most bedrooms enjoying their own TV and all streaming platforms to choose from. In addition, all beds were upgraded in Summer 2021. Full fitted bathroom with both a sink-in tub and separate walk-in shower. Plus a separate guest toilet at the entry hall.
The lounge has large sofas for you to sink into an open fireplace and patio doors leading into the garden. The house has big screen family TV an array or streaming platforms; e.g Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney Plus, etc. Throughout the house you’ve got high-speed WiFi, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
We also have a large dining room with refectory table able to sit 8 – 10 comfortably (have a little one? There’s a high chair just for them too). Need to catch up on work emails? There’s a workspace with built-in bookshelves in the open planned lounge / dining room where you can be productive.
Equipped paved patio which is surrounded by neatly kept lawn that is fenced-off and secure (especially for those with dogs and wandering toddlers). Table and chairs on the patio area for dining as well as a BBQ.
Travel cot, toys and highchair can all be provided upon request.
Entire house including front and back garden.
NOT shed and garage.
Three (maybe even four ) car parking in private driveway.

This is an old house, with all its rustic and charm, but the floorboards do creak and a kitchen drawer may stick. It’s warm, inviting, clean and full of charm.
