As you open the door to this lovely property, you immediately step into a charming reception room which shows off the character of the property with its low ceilings, exposed beams and a open fire, the perfect introduction. Moving through the property into the open-plan kitchen/dining area you get to see more of the cottage’s character and also a great view of the large garden area and surrounding hills. The kitchen is well-serviced with all the amenities you could need to prepare everything from a quick snack to a Sunday roast. The dining area is a great social space and the perfect place for family or friends to get together and enjoy chatting over a good meal or glass of wine. The log burner helps to create a warm and welcoming environment for all. Just off this area is the first bedroom offering a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. Also on the ground floor, accessible from the patio area is a utility room which is also storage for bikes or paddle boards, and is a great place to kick off the walking boots and coats after a day’s hiking. Heading upstairs in the property there are three more bedrooms, two further double rooms and with two single beds.
