Island Time Villa has been lovingly and completely refurbished inside and out. It was formerly known & rented as St Somewhere but is now under new ownership and managment.
Island Time is a PRIVATE & GATED VILLA - you will not share this villa or its spaces with anyone.
Upon arriving up into the private & gated parking area ,you will walk through the beautifully crafted Stone & Coral archway that welcomes you into Island Time's very private inner courtyard that divides its two pavilions. Just one look past the pool at the sparkling panorama of majestic Magens Bay will stop you in your tracks.
Both of the pavilion interiors have employed an artful use of light and color as well as pleasing choices of fabric, artwork and accessories. Island time Villa approaches luxuryperfection in design, décor and view.
The layout of spaces
The outdoor patio features the soothing Magens Bay vistas and sparkling emerald hillside views of St Thomas’s Northside; comfortable, cushioned seating makes this spot a favorite to sit and watch the mega yachts roll by. The unique coral-stone deck continues to the infinity-edge pool, set with 4 extra-large chaise lounges for reading, napping or working on your island tan.
If you want to watch the sunrise ,find a quite reading spot or catch a glimpse of migrating whales and pods of dolphins just take left coral stone walkway by the stone arch and that leads you through our Bromeliad gardento the Atlantic Ocean side patio and spend the day lounging.
On the East side of the inner villa courtyard is Island Time's two-story pavilion that is fronted by a lawn of green grass punctuated with tropical plantings and vivid flowers. This East Pavilion has TWO equally sized king primary suites each with premium bedding ,ensuite bathrooms, double vanities, walk-in showers and are fully air-conditioned. Both King Suite bedrooms have large walk-in closets and the upper primary suite is accessed by the exterior stairway and has two private balconies - one that overlooks the pool & the calming expanse of Magens Bay & a smaller covered veranda which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean where you can find another private lounge area. The lower king suite has a sitting veranda overlooking Magens Bay.
On the West side of Island Time's courtyard is the main pavilion; it is fully air-conditioned & comprises the high-ceilinged great room, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining table for 6 and a powder room.
The kitchen, clad in quartz countertops & handsome cabinetry, offers all the cookware and chef's tools you'll need to create a great meal. The large kitchen island is accented in local stonework & breakfast bar seating with 4 barstools, perfect for keeping the cook company. Just off the West pavilion is a covered veranda accessible via 3 sets of slider doors & has a Weber propane Grill.
