Immediately beside each villa building is a 600 square foot pool with waterfall for use by villa guests only. The deck surrounding the pool has lounge chairs, pool floats, plus two commercial- grade, stainless steel gas grills for outdoor cooking.
Rental includes usage of all resort amenities and free usage of non-motorized water sports on the bay.
Guest will be responsible for the newly passed USVI Timeshare Occupancy Fee of $25 per night. No transportation is included in rental. Must be at least 21 to rent. No refunds for cancellations.
