The condo also includes a washer/dryer, A/C & Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all new appliances & is fully equipped for everything one might need (microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, crockpot & everyday cooking essentials). The bedroom offers a queen bed w a new high quality mattress & a twin sofa pullout w/ a new upgraded mattress. Pillows & bedding are also new and of high quality. The bedroom also includes a large Smart TV ( Wi-Fi included), desk space, plenty of closet space, ceiling fan & A/C. The condo is also stocked w/ tennis & pickleball rackets, beach towels & toys & lots of family fun games.
The complex is in a gated community & centrally located on the island, 20 min from airport. Turn right and you are 10 min. From Red Hook where you can catch the ferry to St. John & BVI. Turn Left and you are 10 min. From Havensight & the cruise ship docks and downtown. The complex offers access to 3 swimming pools, one of which is just steps away out the condo door. Also within the complex are two tennis courts w/ pickleball lines and a basketball hoop. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and you are just minutes away from the beautiful beaches on the island of St. Thomas where you can snorkel and swim with sea turtles!
