This is a beautiful stand – alone, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story villa. It is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones designed Carambola Golf Course near the north shore of St. Croix in the USVI. The property is a gated community with 24 x 7 security.
The unit has 1,580 square feet of living space and a 240 square foot deck. The deck is accessed through three sets of French doors and overlooks one of the property’s 4 swimming pools. The attached floor plan provides a general idea of the internal arrangement, but substantial improvements to the unit were made about 10 years ago and modified the bathrooms, storage room, and laundry room.
Each bedroom has a wall-mounted 40” flat screen TV. A 55' flat screen TV is also in the main living area. The villa has enhanced internet and Wi-Fi. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have king size beds. The kitchen appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove and oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. There is also a Keurig coffee maker and a Brita water pitcher. The unit is furnished with cookware, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, linens, and towels. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit and each bedroom is air conditioned. The deck furnishings include a propane Bar-B-Q grill, a table with 4 chairs and umbrella, and a couch and smaller tables. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are available for use.
Guests have access to the golf course, but green fees, cart fees, etc., are not included.
