Summary: Based on the photos, description, and some reviews we read on the condo, we were led to believe we booked a condo on the ocean with a balcony. Six days prior to our trip, my wife wanted to look at the amenities again, so we pulled up our booking. To our surprise, the pictures and description of the condo changed indicating the condo was not on the ocean or having a balcony, even though the description said it had a balcony - and still does. We called the host and tried to get a refund, but was informed it was too late. Upon arrival, we actually had to walk down 7 steps to enter the condo. It felt like a basement. There definitely wasn't a balcony, or even a patio.
