The entire villa, including the lower level bedroom, bath, & wet bar, may be rented for $899/night during low season and $999/night during high season. If you wish to rent the full villa, please contact us directly.
During peak season, the villa is not available in the two-bedroom configuration. Rental of the entire villa is required during this period.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental cost is due within ten (10) days of a reservation request. This nonrefundable deposit will confirm the guests' stay at Ocean Haven. The nonrefundable balance of the total rent due, along with the 12.5% government hotel tax, must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
As no refunds can be offered after 45 days, we always recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance with the carrier of their choice in case of an unexpected change of plans.
