Enjoy your 180 degree view of the beach and sea from the private balcony on the second floor. Short stroll down to the beach for swimming and snorkeling. 5-10 min. walk to Frederiksted proper for groceries, restaurants, dive shops, and beach clubs. Unit is renovated & has fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all amenities. Mini-split A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Super clean! No smoking anywhere on the property!
The space
This is the fully renovated second floor apartment with lots of tile floors. It has ocean views from Sandy Point almost to Butler Bay!

Rental car is recommended. Plenty of off-street parking in front of Bananaquit House.
Go through the gate on the LEFT side of the building and go up two short flights of stairs.

Our tap water is safe to drink. As you probably have learned, the cistern and even the city water on St. Croix is not safe to drink without considerable processing. We have installed a major 4-stage filter system that treats all water to the building, making it safe to use for drinking, cooking, and all other uses. The water was tested by a certified lab to confirm purity and safety. The test results may be provided upon request.
