STAFF & GUEST INTERACTIONS:
After guest check-in with the Administration Office, short-term guests are expected to use the provided contacts for their technical inquiries, including questions regarding WiFi, Smart TV functions. or major appliance operations.
THINGS TO NOTE:
1). Be sure to rent a car, it's the best way to go shopping beach hopping, or hitting the links.
2). We ask guests to conserve water, so please mindful to close the sink and shower faucets and when leaving the dwelling or when not in use.
3). We advise picking up some bottled water, ice, and small items from the market (just down the road), before settling in.
4). There are coin-operated laundry machines and a clothesline conveniently located at the poolhouse. Coins can be acquired from Andrea in the administration office. The in-unit mini washer dryer's reserved for monthly our guests.
5). Short-term guest use of the unit's mini-washer & dryer requires an additional $30.00 per week If interested payment can be made via PayPal to 310gdm@gmail.com prior to the guest's arrival.
6). Guest's are required to check in with the Administrative Office within 24 hours of their arrival. Office hours are 9:00 am-to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
• Guests agree to use the provided contact numbers for Technical or Administrative inquiries during their stay.
• No cigar or cigarette smoking or destructive behavior inside the unit, guest must respect the privacy of their neighbors.
• Guests agree to park their car in the designated parking slot #310.
• Guest entertaining visitors staying overnight are asked to park in an empty space at the west end of the parking lot.
• Guests agree not to tamper with or disconnect the WiFi modem or Router. Doing so will cause a disruption of service, perhaps lasting the duration of your stay.
• Connecting Xbox or PlayStation or using Amazon and Netflix on Smart TV is permitted. Guests are responsible for disabling their account information before their departure.
• Trash must be taken to the "Trash Bin Daily". The Bin is located at end of the parking area. Under no circumstances are Guests to harbor trash in the unit or on Stairwells, Landings, or the Gallery.
• Guests agree not to hang anything on or over the Gallery railing or stairwells. This includes laundry, mops, clothing, towels, etc.
• The administrative office and grounds staff do not provide services for guests during their stay. Guests are expected to use the provided information and contacts if needed during their stay.
• Loud noises must be controlled especially between 9 pm and 8 am.
POOLHOUSE LAUNDRY ROOM
• Coin-operated laundry machines are located in the Pool House. The key for the laundry room is located in the 1st kitchen drawer to the right. Coins can be acquired in the Administrative office.

SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
• Guests are prohibited from bringing GLASS ITEMS poolside. All beverages must be in paper or plastic cups or containers.
• Guests agree to not litter or leave towels, cups, or trash at the pool or on Granada Del Mar grounds or poolside.
• Guests agree to return poolside lounge chairs to their original position after use.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at the Swimming Pool at all times.
