Please note that the rate of the five-bedroom house is based on 10 people sharing. if there are less guests than the maximum occupancy, the rate will remain the same, please note that the three-bedroom chalet has 3 double twin beds. there is an additional cost for use of the additional pull down sofa beds, please be aware that a pre-authorization amounting to gbp 100 will be held on your payment card until departure, complimentary spa access includes access to the main 25-yard swimming pool, bubble pool, steam room and sauna. access to the hydro-pool and outdoor pool is reserved for guests on spa packages or who are members. during busy times guests will be allocated a time slot. due to high demand of leisure facilities on friday, saturday, sunday and during busy periods guests will be allocated access on check-in. restrictions apply to children’s access to the pool.
