Beach going guests can conveniently take the picnic-wear to the beach. Diving enthusiasts can use the gas BBQ grill for those big lobsters caught during the afternoon dive! If you don’t feel like cooking just a short 5-10 minute ride to North Shore's The Landing Beach Bar and Restaurant, AMA at The Waves, Cane Bay and Off the Wall restaurant.

Rentals are to only one party of 2-8 people at at time. No passports needed for US Citizens. The caretaker Kiki lives on property in a separate but attached living space and guests share a parking lot and driveway with the caretaker. Two very friendly house dogs Bodhi and Cane also live on property as the villa greeters and security detail.
