Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a fully covered two-car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two vehicles comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six-person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical paradise unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is perfect for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach. Also check out the gas grill, that will be perfect for those cozy summer dinners!
You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage, or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an oceanfront view, Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks, and closets complete the rooms on this level.
Level Two features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite countertops, a double sink, dishwasher, and range. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views. There are even two refrigerators on the property for your convenience! Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. You'll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.
Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the spacious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. The over-sized Master Bedroom 4 retreat features cathedral ceilings, King Bed, a Flat-screen Smart TV, and a private bath with granite countertops, a large shower, and a private deck overlooking the coastline. Bedroom 5 is on the streetside of the home offers 2 Twin Beds, a Flatscreen Smart TV and features a private full bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
