The Owners' Quarters is a lovely, open-plan, studio apartment at the top of a three-story, Caribbean-style house. Just steps away from level, off-street parking (mandatory in Upper Carolina), this light, airy accommodation offers nearly 1500 square feet of living space with a 600 square-foot covered verandah overlooking Coral Bay. The hand-crafted interior, literally built by the owners, offers classic styling and premium furnishings. This is the floor that we actually stay on ourselves when we are at the house and we furnished it accordingly.

Summary: Nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained property. Far enough away on quiet street for very safe feeling, yet only 5 minutes drive to restaurants and grocery store. Only 10-12 minutes from north shore beaches. Property manager quickly responded to questions, otherwise she lets you be. Great overall and highly recommend.
