Summary: I recently stayed here for my birthday. The best thing about this place is the view and the nice floors. I came to celebrate my birthday end of March. This house is up the mountain so be prepared to deal with that. Getting a ride up here & back if you don’t rent is going to be difficult some days! I’ve stayed at other properties that are way more welcoming. There is not a welcome note or goodies. There is no one to greet you. It’s just a turnkey property. I’ve stayed at those, but even then there was a personalized note to welcome you and thank you for visiting with a personalized coffee set up or a few snacks. This place is not inviting. The customer service is lacking. She did have pods for washing, but I did have my own. She has old pots that should be discarded. Also the constant internet lagging and no WiFi or not working at all was frustrating. We could barely get the tv to work. We were in the dark for basically 2 nights. No power! Not able to flush the toilets which is connected to their system. No AC. Nothing! I came back on the evening of my birthday to this & couldn’t even enjoy my leftovers, music, drinks. Waste of food and money. While in the dark we were getting ate up like crazy! I have so many marks from the bites on my legs from that trip. She needs to exterminate. The cleaner did give us spray bc we saw ants and other lil bugs all around. Worst place I ever stayed & would not return. Please invest in your property & Wi-Fi. Back up generator is a must!
