Tropical Sea Breeze Villa in Fish bay is new contruction and new to the short term rental market. We choose this location because we love the Fish bay area with its southern exposure and views of Fish Bay and south to St. Croix.
We see partial sunrises and sunsets all year and the breeze coming off of the ocean helps to keep the house cool and comfortable all day. We have air conditioning throughout the house but this villa is perfect for the guests that prefer the fresh air and natural breezes.
There is parking for 1 car off of the street and guests can park in front of the house on the side of the street as well. As you approach the house you will surrounded by our lush landscaping and the modern design will immediately catch your attention and inspire you to come in and experience true comfort.
As you approach the front door on the entry level you will see a very large outdoor patio that surrounds the pool. There is pleanty of room for seating in the shaded areas or catch some rays in the lounge chairs beside the pool.
You enter the house into the foyer on the level with three bedooms. We built this house "upside down" so that the best views are enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and dining room areas. Two of the bedrooms on this level share a bathroom and the second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is also on this level. The laundry room and bathroom seperate the three bedrooms so there is plenty of privacy. All the bedrooms have "smart" televisions and guests can access their own internet television apps. Wifi is great throughout the house and pool area.
Make your way upstairs by a custom made floating staircase and you will be greeted by an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room. You'll immediately see the blue waters of fish bay from this level and the island of St. Croix.
The house has 2 dining areas on this level. One located between in the kitchen and living room areas and one is located off of the livingroom and master bedroom patios. It is screened in and has access to a patio that is above the pool and great for looking at the ocean or stargazing at night.
The the second master bedroom with an ensuite bath is located on this level as well.
The villa is equipped with Tesla Powerwall batterys for back up power in the event that it is needed.
