The villa features three spacious, private en suite bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned. Two bedrooms offer king beds, and the third includes twin beds that can be converted to a king. Each bedroom has its own private porch, covered outdoor shower, and beautiful water views. The primary suite is located on the main level, while two additional suites are located on the lower level.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Sundancer. The expansive deck surrounds a private pool with generous seating areas, all designed for comfort, privacy, and unobstructed views—you never look through railings. Lush, professionally landscaped tropical gardens enhance the quiet and secluded atmosphere.
The villa overlooks Fish Bay with views of the Caribbean Sea, Ditliff Point, Rendezvous Bay, and St. Croix in the distance. It is ideally located just five minutes from the Reef Bay and Fish Bay trailheads, 10–15 minutes from Cruz Bay, and approximately 20 minutes from the North Shore beaches within Virgin Islands National Park. All roads to the property are paved.
Amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and all essentials for cooking and entertaining, a Weber grill, and a comfortable, fully air-conditioned living space with large sliding glass doors.
