This is a second story condo that features 2 private balconies to take in the breathtaking sea view. Open the balcony doors for a delightful ocean breeze! Since it is a corner condo, we get a really nice breeze no matter which way the wind is blowing.
The primary bedroom has direct access to the balcony and it is so nice to sleep with the door open (there are screen doors) to enjoy the sound of the waves. The primary bedroom has an attached full bathroom, ceiling fan, and tv in it. You will have a view of the sea and beautiful palm trees from your bed!
The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo. It has an AC unit in it, since it does not have the balcony attached. There is also a ceiling fan. This bedroom has a full bathroom directly across from it's door.
We have all the amenities you need for a comfortable trip from wi-fi to ceiling fans to beach towels. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. There are basic spices, coffee, etc. We have a small bar you are welcome to enjoy which features local rum - if you use the last of it, please replace for the next guest to enjoy. We also have a washer and dryer combo unit for you to wash things as needed (suggest to air dry though - it is much faster)! All rooms have ceiling fans and we also have a standing fan that can be moved to any spot. You should be all set!
You are just 15 or so steps from the water and white sand of Sugar beach. We have beach chairs you may take with you to use. Also, just a few steps to the pool, too! This area has so much to offer. We love to snorkel in the crystal clear water and provide snorkeling gear for you to borrow. There is a barrier reef which means that it is safer with no large waves. There are lots of fish, starfish, stingray and even an eagle ray in the area. All beaches in St Croix are public beaches, so feel free to enjoy any of the beautiful beaches outside of the condo area, too!
Our friendly gated community has 24 hour security with a guard at the gate to ease you of any worries (although we personally have felt safe everywhere in St Croix)! Enjoy some nightlife at our bar and restaurant - or a short drive away there are many other local restaurants we suggest! We will provide a list of tips prior to your arrival.
