One section of the house is the Poolside Cottage. Studio style queen bedroom with bathroom and washer/dryer units, full kitchen and breakfast bar, outdoor dining next to the pool, and outdoor shower.
Separated by the pool deck you will find the main house full kitchen and living area with indoor dining table and entertainment system. Exterior access to the 2nd queen bedroom pod with en suite bath, outdoor shower, and another washer/dryer, separated by an outdoor dining area with great views for dining al fresco.
This beautifully appointed Caribbean Style villa, boasts amazing down island views, large pool, lush gardens, gated parking, great breezes, and native stone and artistic tile work. The estate is perched along a ridge facing southeast down island, with very easy access to Coral Bay.
