Meaning 'serenity' in Italian, this 6 bedroom and 6.5 bathroom gated estate sleeps up to 16 guests and is situated on the water's edge overlooking Great Bay and Turquoise Bay on the east end of St. Thomas where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea meet in the exclusive Cabrita Point neighborhood. Villa Serenita features 2 master suites with luxurious jetted bathtubs, lush landscaping, an infinity edge pool, and access to a private grass and pebble beach where you will find phenomenal snorkeling.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea from each of the 6 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bath and patio access (and black out curtains). Relax by the gorgeous, heated, infinity edge pool. And listen to the gentle surf as yachts and sailboats go by. The Villa is also a stunning venue for destination weddings, receptions, vow renewals and other special events.
Set along the water's edge, an electronic security gate marks the entry to your haven in tropical paradise. As you enter, you'll find a spacious and elegant great room with that extends onto the veranda where you can dine pool side overlooking the ocean. To your right, you will find the dining area that seats 8 and kitchen that any chef will love. The open layout provides a perfect space for family and friends to be together.
To the left of the great room, you'll find one of two beautifully decorated master suites with jetted tub and king sized bed as well as a staircase to the lower level. To the right of the great room, you'll find the another large bedroom with suite. Just outside the great room and through the courtyard to the right, you'll find the second master suite with jetted tub known as the honeymoon cottage. The honeymoon cottage also features a kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink and microwave - and is perfect for couples who want privacy.
Outside of the great room on the lower level are the outdoor balcony spaces with a heated, blue glass tiled, infinity edge pool and the orchid terrace which is beautifully landscaped and dotted with outdoor dining seating and lounge chairs as well.
On the lower level, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, each with beautiful views. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with shower, private covered patio and pull out sofa. The second features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and sitting area with access to the lower level covered veranda. The third downstairs bedroom can accommodate larger groups or families within your party and features 2 queen beds, en suite bathroom with shower, full sized sitting area and dining table as well as a full sized kitchen. There is also a kid's room - or quiet room (without ensuite bath) that is available for larger groups. The lower level also features and idyllic covered garden patio, perfect for al fresco dining as well as access to the private grass and coral beach.
In addition to being a gorgeous vacation rental, the villa is also an amazing venue for destination weddings and vow renewals, wedding receptions, corporate events and parties.
Rental rate includes cleaning service at the beginning and end of your stay. Mid-week and daily maid service, provisioning service, chef and private catering service, and concierge service is available a la carte. A refundable damage deposit is required with this rental and a 10% VI Hotel Tax will be added to your rental rates.
The villa is located in the exclusive Cabrita Point neighborhood in Estate Nazareth which is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the Ritz-Carlton where you will find a white sand beach, spa and restaurants. In addition, the town of Red Hook, St. John Ferry and BVI ferry dock is a 5 minute drive away where you will find shopping, restaurants and many island adventures. Secret Harbor beach, Lindquist Beach and the Elysian Beaches are also only 5 minutes away. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is 15 to 20 minutes away and the airport is only a 25 minute drive from the house.
