The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.
The apartments are located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
