Summary: We were not given the room we booked online. Even in prior conversation Reginald confirmed that we could see the ocean out of our kitchen window. The furniture was also not as shown. Why is the furniture important - I am disabled and have back and neck issues. There are major cracks in the concrete in the condo we were in. It felt very unsafe. The entire complex looks as though it may fall down. I called Reginald as soon as we arrived to point out many of these issues. He came over and brought a male friend with him. He just laughed off my concerns. I felt unsafe bringing up these conditions again, due to being on an island so far from home. We did enjoy our vacation, but it is very concerning that the pictures shown are not the actual pictures of what you are renting. I even asked Reginald in my beginning conversations is this the pictures of the actual rental. He confirmed it was. In case anyone at VRBO is interested I have my conversation with Reginald, and I took pictures of the concerns of the rental. My advice to all is RENTER BEWARE. Angela T
