DESCRIPTION: Cruz Views #09 - Sunset Cruz is a center condo located in the lower building, to the left of the pool deck. This charming condo has beautiful views looking out over the Cruz Bay Harbor. You will want to be out on your private deck in the early evening to catch the vibrant sunsets as the sun dips down into the horizon. There is nothing like seeing a Caribbean sunset.
Sunset Cruz's great room consists of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress, which comfortably sleeps 1-2 extra guests. As you relax in your living room you can watch your favorite sports team or TV drama on your cable flat screen TV. For those wanting to stay connected, the condo also includes WiFi for your use. To enjoy the sights and sounds of the Caribbean, you can open your screened, sliding glass door and step out onto your private deck. You will enjoy looking out over Cruz Bay and watching the boats glide by.
The kitchen is located just behind the living room and includes a refrigerator/freezer, an 4-burner electric range, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. For dining, there is an interior table that seats 2-3 and there is a table for 2 on your private deck, perfect for sharing a romantic moment together.
The bedroom is located up a few stairs from the great room and includes a king bed, split level a/c unit, and an en-suite bathroom with a newly tiled shower. (The split level a/c unit keeps the entire condo cool.)

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.
For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.
