Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in St Thomas. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Gated property, with a fenced-in yard. Large, fully furnished 3 bedroom house with a large living room/great room. Pool (with weekly pool service), covered patio with table and chairs, smart TV outside (watch TV from the pool!), and a coi pond. Dog friendly (sorry, no cats). Backup power via Tesla batteries, so you'll never be without power. AC's in all the bedrooms. We have a rowing machine, a punching bag, pull up bar, ping pong table, and dart board. Flat driveway with shared parking (two other units on property rented by long-term professionals). This unit has room for 2 cars in the gated driveway, and there is another available parking spot on the street. Concrete walled with roll down hurricane shutters..
Beautiful view of Inner Brass and Outer Brass islands from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and deck. Avocados should be ready for picking in the next couple of months, and passionfruit is constantly falling off the vine from several different areas of the yard. Papayas, bananas, and pineapples also ripe and available intermittently. Herb garden by the patio currently includes green onions, ginger, mint, and cuban oregano (aka spanish thyme) that you can pick anytime (no maintenance needed - these survive here on their own!).
This property has a gated shared driveway and yard. There are two units below the main house that are rented to long-term professionals. One couple has a friendly, older border collie dog that stays mostly inside their unit. However, she will be let out into the yard occasionally. Our yard is fenced in, and she never tries to escape, but please remember to close the driveway gate to keep it a fenced-in yard for her.
This main house rental allows for two parking spots in the shared and gated driveway. If you need more parking, there is free parking on the street right outside the driveway gate.
The patio and pool are in the courtyard of this main house rental so they are yours to use privately.
If you are bringing pets, you can have a separate section of the yard for your pets, if you'd like, by closing the courtyard gate.

We have a loft that we use as storage, so if you need anything like extra chairs, tables, holiday decorations (an artificial Christmas tree is yours to use if you'd like), coolers, extra kitchen items, we've got you covered.
Neltjeberg Beach is about 5-10 minutes away. Northside Moe's grocery store is 5 minutes away. Brewers Beach is about 10-12 minutes away.
We are headed stateside to be with family for 4 months, and the house is available while we're gone.
