The lower level is accessed by an interior staircase and boasts a family room (media & game room with bonus king sofa-bed, kitchenette and bar), king ensuite w/ private balcony, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks with full bathroom (perfect for the younger ones). Accessed by exterior verandas, two additional king ensuites, upper and lower, with private balconies are tucked next to the pool area in a “pod” building, each with its own entrance for ultimate privacy.
The entire home is powered by Tesla solar + battery system and is fully air-conditioned. A gated driveway with ample parking ensures both privacy and ease.
