The kitchen is large and well equipped, with gas oven and range built into the island, refrigerator with icemaker and plenty of appliances. Just across the covered terrace is the Master Suite. With a king size 4 poster mahogany bed and attractive furnishings and television.. the suite is a great escape. A large screened deck sits out in front, with a rocker and armchair to enjoy the views. The master bath has a large screened outdoor shower, also with those incredible views.
On the deck below is the 40 X 8 heated lap pool and hot tub. Also on the lower deck there are two roomy umbrellas that can be moved to shelter you from the sun as you lounge on the steps in the water and lounge chairs line the deck. There are also dining tables for an al fresco meal. The deck surfaces are all Trex, which assures cool feet even on hot days.
The laundry room off the pool deck has not only a washer/dryer, but also ice maker, ice bucket, drinkware and small refrigerator for cold drinks. There is also an adjacent full bathroom which opens onto the deck.
