Situated less than half a mile from the Alchemist Brewery you will find yourself just minutes to Restaurants, Breweries, Town Center, The Legendary Ski Resort, Hiking, Mountain Biking & the well known 5 mile Stowe Recreation Path where you can walk, bike & XC Ski and enjoy all year round. Truly the perfect place to enjoy all Stowe has to offer in any season!
The complex has a nice outdoor swimming pool for your use in the summer and is located a short distance up Cottage Club Road which gives you a great sense of being away in the country and yet close enough to all the well known attractions Stowe is known for.
The open floor plan of the Townhouse has been very thoughtfully decorated. You enter into a very nice open kitchen that is appointed with all you need to prepare meals at home. Just past the kitchen is a nice dining table that comfortably seats 6. After a day of activities around Stowe sit and watch TV or enjoy listening to music in front of the wood burning fireplace or experience the beauty of the Green Mountains while looking out the large sliding glass windows. In the summer sit out on the back deck in the lovely new dining set or in the casual seating options and immerse yourself in nature. A half bathroom is also located on this level.
Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom with a luxurious King size bed and a guest bedroom that has a Queen bed as well as a full bathroom. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located on the lower level one with a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.
