Enjoy the hustle, bustle, shopping and restaurants of St. Thomas and then return to your private island via a short ferry ride. Water Island has 500 acres with around 100 houses on it. Boasting a secluded beach and all the glorious weather, water, hills, sun, sand, and sunsets that make the Virgin Islands everyone's favorite destination, Water Island is the perfect spot. You may never leave our fabulous, partially-covered, 50' totally private deck with a dining table and plenty of lounge and regular chairs as you watch the cruise ships and freighters pass in front every morning and evening — or you may prefer to dine or read Inside or on the screened porch. Or you may want to go to Honeymoon Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Whether you snorkel or fish, sun or read, or just sit in the living room or on the deck or porch and admire the view, it never gets any better than Casa Blanca.
SPACE SHARE OPTION: If mutually agreeable, when we are here, a single person or a couple can stay in our private guest suite wing of the villa, with a king sized bed (two twins joined) and a futon, adjoining bath, mini-kitchen/shared laundry room, and your own screened porch with dining table and rocking chairs for a rate of $200/night (4-night minimum) including possible addition of adjacent small bedroom with queen bed.
