From the moment you walk in through the private gate the "wow's" begin! This is a beautiful, unique opportunity to stay oceanfront, close enough to the water where you feel like you're living on a boat with all of the luxuries of being on land. Dine indoors or outdoors on your covered deck, either way, watching the ever-changing sea.
Jump in the pool, right outside your door anytime!
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, perfect for 1 or 2 couples. The second bedroom and bath is under the same roof, yet separated by an outdoor deck hallway to ensure privacy. The second bedroom has a door on each side, one is under the roof towards the main house (via the deck hallway) and the other opens to the pool deck (see photos). Both bedrooms have A/C and so does the living room/kitchen area.
INTERNET & SMART TV
You can stream Netflix or whatever you like with the high speed Internet on the smart TV, and/or watch Dish Satalite so you never need to miss your favorite sporting events.
SUSTAINABILITY:
The home is solar powered and collects and uses rain water. Eco-conscious hand soaps, dishwashing soap and laundry soap are provided. There is a whole house UV filtration system which provides clean and pure drinking and showering water. Feel free to use the 4, stainless steel bottles to take on your adventures around the island--no need to buy bottled water and waste the plastic.
ANOTHER VACATION RENTAL ON-SITE
There is another vacation rental house on the property. The pool separates the houses and there is plenty of privacy between the two. You may make some new friends while staying here, or just do your own thing. Both houses share the pool, so that's the place where most will meet and get to know each other.
CANE BAY BEACH:
Cane Bay is walking distance from the house (or a very short drive). Be sure to take the beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided for you. Sweet Bottom Divers is in Cane Bay as well as "The Landing" and "Spratnets Beach Bar & Grill" and "Off the Wall" for some food and drinks after your water adventures. Sunday Funday is hopping at Cane Bay Beach with music and lot's of locals. Weekdays are chill with not too many people.
WATER ACTIVITIES:
Divers and snorkelers--Cane Bay is one of the best spots on island with the famous "Wall" that drops down 2000 feet not too far off the shore. See turtles, rays, fish, coral and sometimes dolphins! Swimmers, this is your spot! Distance swimmers will love swimming in Cane Bay--make sure to ask me (the owner) about the regular swims M/W/F/Sa mornings.
GOLF:
Hit up Carambola Golf Club, right down the road 10 minutes, with its course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
There are several wonderful restaurants nearby, and 5 within walking distance (AMA, Off the Wall, The Landing, Spratnets Beach Bar & Grill and Sunny Shore Up Food Truck). Rowdy Joe’s is also nearby- just a short 2 minute drive heading towards Christiansted on Northshore Road.
