Located in the exclusive and secure gated community of Judith's Fancy, it is just minutes from downtown Christiansted, the center of shopping, fine dining and historic buildings. Judith's Fancy has over 300 acres along the shoreline and borders a rare bioluminescent bay. It is accessible only through 24-hour guarded gate. Judith's Fancy is recognized as one of the safest neighborhoods in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Newly renovated inside and out, with stylish and comfortable furnishings! Enjoy our three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath refuge with all-new appliances, including a complete laundry.
Three bedrooms with all new linens and mattresses. The master bedroom is en- suite, with walk-in closet, A/C, 46” flatscreen TV and queen-size bed. Two additional bedrooms include queen-size bed in one and twin beds (converting to a king-size bed) in the other.
Excellent fully equipped cook’s kitchen with lots of counter space, including an island with a breakfast bar and West Indies style mahogany cabinets.
There is a 55” TV in the living room and well appointed indoor dining area.
Plenty of parking on our 200-foot long driveway. Gas, electric, satellite TV and internet are included. Small dog may be allowed with owner’s discretion.
