Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was good, but the 5 minute walk is not easy to navigate, especially at night. The route is through 2 parking lots and is not well marked or lighted if you don’t know where to go. The condo was nice, but NOTHING about it is brand new, so the description is very misleading.

Negative: The private pool was the reason we chose the location, but the actual area looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures online. There was no umbrella or sun shade, the sofa cushions were ripped, faded and very moldy making that sitting location unusable. Every screen on the sliding doors was ripped so useless and the sliding doors were difficult to open and close. Curtains and shears on the doors also ripped in several places. The dishwasher did not work, it was set to a remote start option using some WiFi app with no way to start it so we had to hand wash all dishes. No luggage racks to keep suitcases on so had to use the floor or couch, only 9 mismatched hangers, one of which was broken. The bath room hand soap dispenser was also broken, and there was a gooey substance on the nightstand, no cleaning products to clean it with so had to buy cleaning supplies. Overall was disappointing compared to the photos and upscale write up provided online, clearly they were not recent and not “brand new”.
