Summary: We had a great experience with this property. Cleanliness is really important to us and we found the house to be nearly immaculate. The property owner also makes it easy to access. For us they sent a house manager (Raymond was great) down to Cruz Bay to drive us up to the property on the first day. That may not sound necessary, but the road in can be a challenge on your first attempt and it's good to have a guide. A utility truck was literally stuck in the road leading to the house on our first day. Raymond was a big help for that. Some reviewers noted that the owner is in the guest house on site. For us, no one was there during our stay which worked well. We always had quick access to Raymond if needed and we didn't mind the extra privacy. The house is well stocked with everything you'd expect in a rental at this level with just a couple exceptions: - A TV in the main room is connected to a FireStick and works well. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. The upstairs bedrooms have TV's that aren't connected. We brought our own FireStick for one and it worked well. With our four kids it would be nice to have all three TV's ready to go. - There is no backup power. Power was out for the first few hours of our stay. I'm glad it came on before sunset.Other than that, this is an excellent property, worthy of booking. The house, outdoor areas, property management and VIEWS exceed expectations. We hope to be back.
