The lower level, also fully air conditioned and accessed via interior staircase, consists of 2 bedrooms and ensuite baths, a second living area, with 1 pull out couch, studio kitchen. Both levels offer walk out covered porches with amazing sunset views. An air mattress is also available upon request.
