Summary: This is the second time I've stayed here in recent months. Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. The biggest highlight for me are the rooms. The first time I stayed I walked into my room to find aircon, a separate seating area with a table and the room was huge!! I thought they'd upgraded me and forgotten to tell me. The last time was the same, not quite as big a room as last time but plenty big enough. I think they need to update their photos on Hotels.com as they just don't do the actual rooms justice and it might put people off staying there. I was nervous the first time I arrived as the pictures of the rooms made them look REALLY dated, but they're not, they're exceptional!
