The villa is equipped with its own 4-car driveway w/ an automatic gate, central air conditioner, large 8-ft deep swimming pool, newly renovated tennis court with a basketball rim, pool hut w/ a gas grill and a large sun deck. The Wintberg Villa is two stories, comprised of 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and an additional 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment; totaling 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. The entire property is gated and private for the use of our guests only.
