Unit 214 at Sugar Beach is a spacious 2 BR/2 Bath condo directly on 1000 feet of groomed sandy beach. This unit features a beautiful double width balcony. (i.e. it spans both the living room and the master bedroom.) Being on the 2nd floor near the east end of the complex, it offers optimum breezes, as well as sea and beach views (including Green Cay and Buck Island). As you can see from the photos, the unit is fully furnished and equipped with virtually all the amenities one could want.
This condo comprises a comfortable "home away from home" on a beautiful Caribbean beach, with plenty of palm tree shade and ample beach chairs. In fact, Diane and I lived happily in this unit for 15 years! (2002 - 2017) and our daughter Denise, who is now our on-site property manager, lives here when it is not rented.
Note: While we continue to keep the unit up, you should be aware that all of the furniture is not new. It is however, tropical, attractive, and comfortable. In consideration of this, we offer it for rent at rates below the comparable competition, providing an economical for you to obtain a wonderful vacation experience.
There are 2 restaurants that are walkable. (a block or so down the beach in either direction) The lovely Supermarket (Food town) is less than 5 minutes away by car. "Downtown" Christiansted is 5-8 minutes away as well. It has a boardwalk, numerous restaurants, plenty of shopping, and several historic sites, as well as a ferry to Protestant Key which is fun. Numerous water sports are also available and can be arranged on or near the boardwalk. For those that would like to explore the island there are many other sights and beaches waiting for you as well..
