5 Bedroom Villa in Estate San Soucci, Cruz Bay
Barefoot Life Villa has recently completed a renovation that adds another bedroom suite along with a generator that can power the entire villa. We continue to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere that complements our name.
Our villa has been created with relaxation in mind. The main living area is an open floor plan, combining living and dining areas with a new modern kitchen with all the upgrades. An elegant yet comfortable seating area has ample seating for guests and a flat screen television. The dining area in the great room is located to take advantage of the wonderful views through 2 sets of large sliding doors and an oversized window that leads out to a covered patio. Each of the bedroom suites has been planned to maximize privacy with king size beds, private baths and amazing views from private balconies. A recently added fifth bedroom is set up as a modern bunk room for overflow guests, it contains 4 full size beds. In late 2022, we added a full bath and a half bath outside the bunk room to add privacy and convenience for our guests staying in the bunk room.
The expansive patios surrounding the home and pool allow for plenty of sun, shade, and dining options while taking in the magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. The panoramic views include Great Cruz Bay Harbor, St. Thomas, and the open water views to the southwest. A new railing system and pool guard were both installed to continue the full renovation and enhance the amazing views from the patio areas.
Barefoot Life Villa has everything you're looking for to make your beach days a breeze with snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, sand sheets, coolers and beach towels available to our guests. When you want a relaxing day at the villa you will find plenty of pool floats, games, bags, and books to keep everyone entertained.
Barefoot Life Villa has all the comforts of home, including air conditioning throughout, WiFi, a stainless-steel gas grill, a regular coffee pot, single cup Keurigs, and safes in every room.
