Come and escape the hustle and bustle and stay in this updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo right on the water! Enjoy year-round warm weather, island breezes and oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay. There are 3 private pools for condo guests to swim in. Enjoy a beach day by packing up food and drinks in a supplied cooler and relax on beach chairs and towels all provided in the condo. Snorkeling gear is also provided.
Relax on our beautifully furnished private balcony with breathtaking oceanfront views. This spacious, air conditioned condo accommodates 4 people comfortably. This island chic oasis has an open floor plan and large sliding doors that can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze. There is high speed internet provided and cable tv set up for your enjoyment.
Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The oceanfront primary suite has a king-size bed that opens up to the balcony with views of Bolongo Bay. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. All linens, sheets, towels & beach towels are provided. No need to do laundry elsewhere since there is a washer and dryer in the second bathroom.
There is a fully equipped and updated kitchen with all the cookware necessary to eat like you are at home. No need to buy bottled water since the water is filtered by a UV filtration system. The dining room table will sit 4 people comfortably for all your dine in needs.
There is a delicious, oceanfront restaurants within walking distance. Indulge yourself with local seafood dishes at Mim's and after dinner. Afterwards, since you are just steps away, relax in the pool with a drink and a late night swim.
This condo is the perfect vacation spot and is centrally located. You are a 10 to 15 minute drive to most places. A rental car is necessary to navigate your way around the island. For our guests, an SUV rental is provided ($100/day property fee). There is also 24/7 roadside assistance included. The SUV's are luxury, top of the line (Range Rover's, BMW's & Nissan's) all come with 4 wheel drive and premium packages. Ask our property manager for more information.
For guests who book with us, we have a property manager on call 24/7 that lives just 2 minutes down the road for any needs and questions. He resides here full time is a wealth of knowledge and can assist with any questions and needs. A travel book will also be available to give ideas of activities, restaurants, shopping, boating charters, fishing charters and fun ideas for island activity!
