This magnificent three bedrooms, three bath villa is air conditioned in all three bedrooms. There are covered verandas on both upper and lower levels.

The space
Outside you can enjoy the cool sea breezes year round on the pool deck, which is furnished with chaises and chairs. There is a 42 foot pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. The beautiful north shore beaches (Maho Bay, Hawks Nest, Trunk Bay, etc.) are an easy 15 minute ride from the villa, as are the South Shore beaches (Salt Pond Bay) and the East End (Haulover, Round Bay).
Wake up each morning to stunning sunrises as you enjoy your coffee on either of two expansive balconies. There is nothing like enjoying a candle lit dinner and glass of wine on the veranda overlooking the breathtaking views of the Caribbean. It certainly feels like you are suspended on a cloud! Relax, enjoy, and unwind in your “home away from home”.
Inside, enjoy comfortable furnishings and cool terrazzo floors as you gather with family and friends in the living room and gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the tools you'll need to create memorable meals. Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom, and each offers access to verandas and views. Bedrooms have air conditioning available, as well as cooling breezes. One bedroom is equipped with desk, ergonomic chair, and surge protector.
Recommendations: The property is on Bordeaux Mountain and all guests should have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Our property manager will meet you at the ferry dock to guide you to our villa.
