Summary: This unit is close walking distance to the Mongoose Junction shops, downtown Cruz Bay, and the ferry. It is also close to the National Park office, which is currently undergoing construction. We were not forewarned of this prior to our stay. It is a good thing we are early risers, because the construction noise started early in the morning. The unit sleeps 4 with a pull out couch in the living room, so we invited a couple of friends to join us. They were uncomfortable however, because air conditioning was only available in the bedroom. They also had to endure loud music at night (one night until 4am), coming from Cruz Bay with the windows open. The Wi-Fi was not always available, but we were not concerned about it because it did us good not to be connected while we were vacationing. I think this unit is adequate for two people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our friends may have another opinion, but were gracious enough not to speak negatively about their stay.
