There is so much on offer with, Penrhyn Castle (5 miles), Caernarfon Castle ( 12.5 miles), Y Wyddfa - Snowdon and it's railway to the summit (8.5 miles) and, for water sports enthusiasts, kayaking and paddleboarding in the nearby rivers and lakes.
This fabulous, detached house makes the most of the space and the property's interesting features. A spacious entrance hallway welcomes you and leads you to the lounge where you can relax with a cosy wood burner, sofas and a Smart TV. This room leads you out to the balcony overlooking the river to make the most of your countryside escape. To your right is the spacious dining room boasting a large wooden dining table, as well as a couple of extra sofas, and a Smart TV for dinner entertainment and relaxing. Two steps lead you to the well-equipped kitchen for your group or family’s chef to prepare a lovely meal, alongside thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. A useful utility room contains an extra fridge alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer to throw in muddy walking/hiking gear! When ready for bed, you can choose from seven bedrooms. The main house hosts five bedrooms, including two ground-floor king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) ideal for elderly relatives or those with limited mobility, both sharing a shower room, and a separate WC. Head upstairs and find three more bedrooms. Choose from one family room with a single bed and a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath; one king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite shower room; and a single room with an en-suite shower room. Step out and over to the separate annexe where you'll find an additional two king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) – one room boasting a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and the other bedroom offering a shower room. All the bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind and lovely views to wake up to.
There are private grounds to explore, with woodlands and streams. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with a table and chairs. Relax on the balcony with a good book or embrace the riverscape from the vista seating.
